The Gourd Show moved this year, into a much larger facility, the Dorton Arena, which was something of an improvment. In addition to much more space than the previous location, there was alot more natural light, as well as some refreshments on site. The exhibits were right up front, as we came in the door. But we soon discovered there was not much security...several pieces had "lost" their ribbons, and there was no published list of winners. Only by perserverance after the show were we able to identify ribbon winners in some of the categories with which we were concerned. If your gourd is shown here, and not identified properly (or as a ribbon winner), our apologies. Please email us with corrections! Thanks.
